Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted

The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us.

Any or all products should be packed in their original packaging, complete with all manufacturers’ instructions.

Care must be taken when packing products for transit.

You are advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey, upon arrival of your return the refund will be made to the payment card that was used to place the order within 30 days.

The Distance Selling Regulations clearly state that items such as cosmetics by reason of their nature cannot be returned unless the product is still sealed (unused), faulty, damaged or the order has been supplied incorrect.

I think there is a fault with my Product

Before returning the product, please make sure that you have followed all the instructions that came with the item.

It may also be worth reading the Terms and conditions section of our website before posting them back to us.

It is up to you the customer how you send any product back to us, the use of a recorded delivery service is advised. (Don’t think of them as a return, please remember what the item cost)

Please note that we do not refund postage charges unless the product is proven faulty.

When you post any item back to us please include a short letter explaining the problem, it would also be helpful if you could include information about when and how you bought the item/s.
